A: Enough conduct so as to alter the conditions of your employment and your ability to perform your job. This speaks of such sexually offensive and harassing Conduct which would justify you leaving and holding this as involuntary.

If you are being sexually harassed and surrounded by sexually offensive conduct you should first avail yourself to the company procedures to report and complain

Make sure you do it right before you do any damage to your employment, speak to an attorney whom can guide you through this sticky situation.
