Q: Hi thanks for reading this,

I had a attorney, that I let go, there is 25,000 that came from my under insured.uninsured insurance that I never got nor the attorney its in a acount, there is a lien on it from my medical ins. The attorney I had sent me a letter saying he is paying himself out of the 25,000 and turning the rest over to a interpleader action can he do that, pay himself and I do not get paid. What about contingency. I dont get paid he dosent. This is very bad.
