Q: My ex bf. Lived in USA 10yrs had green card, married and move to Bosnia lost status. Got divorced, can I file for him.
He was truck driver with clean status, he visited me even when he was married. His ex wife wanted to move cause she was suspicious. They moved in 2012. We stayed in contact and we knew that we love each other. He realised he doesn't love her, am from Bosnia to his neighbor and all our family and friends know that we where and are together. Am USA citizen.
A: Assuming you decide to get married, and as long as both of you are eligible to marry, you should be able to file for him. Simply because he abandoned his prior status as a permanent resident doesn't mean he can't re-file to again become a permanent resident.
