I got an ohio ovi for making a uturn although not illegal. I did not blow. I have a prior 10 years ago from another state Will it count for the 20 year law?
A: The 20 year look back period only really matters if you have a lot of OVIs. There are enhanced penalties for more than one in six years and for five or more in 20 years. Your OVI should be charged as a first in six, standard OVI.
