Q: March 2016 I purchased a 6 pack of First Peach Ale Blue Moon adult alcoholic beverages and noticed glass after drinking

Hi. Back in March of 2016 I purchased a 6 pack of Blue Moon (an adult alcohol beverage). Halfway through the bottle I noticed the mouth piece had been chipped and was floating in the bottom of the bottle. I called the company for this product to be removed from shelves I was then told that someone would contact me shortly to follow up. I never received a phone call or email. I immediately took pictures and saved them to my email. I recently found the photos after saving them to my email and decided to call the company to follow up and was told by a representative that they have no knowledge of the complaint and that all they could do was send out an $18.00 voucher for more of the product. Is there anything else that could be done for bad manufacturing?

A: If you mean do you have a claim? No. Fortunately you weren't cut. Was it bad manufacturing or did retailer knock a bottle ?

The consumer Product Safety Commission might be a place to go, but as to money for you, no.
