Q: Hello. I'm playing a mock game where I am attempting to sue a state-owned department in Georgia. Are my claims good?

Small context: plaintiffs own business called three guys. Q: My car was damaged by an automatic car wash machine. The damage was caused by broken device. Are they negligent?

If the car wash had warning signs (essentially liability waivers) in reasonable view, then you likely assumed the risk of damage to your vehicle by using the car wash. Thus, the car wash is not liable.

It is not possible to answer your questions without actually reviewing the powers of attorney that you hold. You also would be well served by consulting with an elder law attorney to not only review the powers of attorney but also give you some advice about Medicaid crisis planning.

This question is quite vague and without more, an appropriate response can't be given. However, many contracts have contingencies, so if there was one related to the down payment, then that could cause it to change. For instance, if a car lot agrees to a down payment of $5,000, so long as you... View More

Q: can a used car dealership sign an e contract on my behalf and without my knowledge and without my consent?

Shouldn’t I have been able to agree to my e-signatures by wet ink agreement or email correspondence prior to e- contract upload?

In addition, is it possible to e-sign a contract without an signature pad or access to the dealership’s computer?

If this is true and you can convince a judge, then the contract would be unenforceable.

E signatures are good signatures so long as valid.
