A: Do you mean "breaching a section" of the contract of is "bridging a section" a term of art in the industry? I'm assuming you mean he isn't abiding my the terms of the contract. If so, yes, you can sue him.

Actually, I take it back. He had to be 18 to sign the contract under §1-13.42. The contract is voidable subject to making restitution. A Virginia lawyer may have some other ideas, however.
