Q: can i be charged with a 27 year old concealing stolden property that i dont remember commiting after 2 brain surgeries
25 years later i was arrested for it and i jumped bond after a pre release because i dont remember the crime i was charged with because of residial defisit from 2 brain surgeries i felt like i was in the twilight zone this cant be real can you be charged with a crime that old that you dont remember commiting
