Q: my husband has raised my son since 8 months old. hes now 4..
the bio father is not on the birth certificate, has never provided any assistance and has never even called to see how my son is doing. I am in the process of having my husband adopt my son, does the bio father have any rights to my son or since he pretty much abandoned him does he legally not count?
