Q: What form would I use to add Child support if it was reserved on original agreement?
Wife moved to FL right after the divorce she was to have residential custody , but I now have had our daughter living with me for the last 5 years and need to have her pay child support.
A: Motion to modify c.s. and file it asap. The law is more favorable before it changes on july 1.
