A: If you "opted out" of the class action lawsuit, you need to file your own civil suit.

A: If you were a class member, and you object to the settlement, then you can file an appeal. Find a case that is similar, and see what documents were filed in the case below and in the Second Circuit via PACER. Here is one example of a case:
