Q: So I'm 16 I got a 3 tickets yesterday ,no insurance no license and unsafe turn I don't have a job and my mom can't pay

What can I do?

A: Short answer: it's fate's way of saying reorder priorities. Help mom, don't look to her; means don't drive unless you have a license, and drive carefully. If the car was hers she may also get some penalty for haviing an uninsured vehicle.

What you will do is note each of your tickets exactly what the offense is; the unsafe turn you may be able to get the cop to drop if you are well mannered, dress cleanly,lose facial or other jewlery. The district justice will hopefully allow you to work out a payment plan. Need a bike?May be a place in dallas that can get you one for free or cheap.Learn how to keep it going --not too complicated, gives you a skill. If you can show the judge you got the message, are on track,got a job, aren't a foul-up, then you may be able to get a deal. But you will have to pay. Hopefully it won't mean you can't apply for a license until you are 23. (If so, you may want to consider learning to love your bike or seriously consider the services). That's what you can do.
