Q: Good morning my vehicle was hit by a truck driver at my job and now refuses to pay can i sue for damages to property

Yes the owner of the truck wanted to pay out of pocket but when he found out how much it was he told me that he call the insurance and they were supposed yo call me before i had talk to him i already had call the insurance claim service they had give me a case number and send someone to check on vehicle but it was cancel when i call to found out what happen i was told that the driver was not included on the insurance so the insurance can not pay my vehicle so i would like to know what are my options

A: If it's the company's driver should be on his insurance. Tell the company he drives for you expect them to take care of the damage. If you have collision, you can run it through that and let them deal with chasing the driver and his company.

(you can also tell the company he drives for that if their company truck has no insurance you will file with the DMV and U.S. DOT/ICC to have their licenses suspended. They may say "you can't do that" --tell them"with your attitude--watch me."
