Asked in Employment Law for Colorado

Q: My job I believe has become a hostile work environment. The general manager has been messing with me some time now.

Having shift leaders follow me around work. Having me move my car but not asking other employees parked next to me to move there's. She has the heat in the kitchen set at 84-88 degrees and 4grills on. I sat a thermometer where I stand and it read 99. And she knows I I and the others don't like it so hot. So we have the swamp coolers running to try n compensate but it don't. And one morning it was negative 15 And she called down and told the manager to have me fill 5 gal.buckets with hot water and go throw them on the sidewalk. Warm water freezes faster then cold. Then the next snow storm I go to work and am the second cook on and have a light coat and no glove and the opening cook has a big coat hat and gloves and she waits til I'm in to have me do the walks. This all stems from one of her waitresses and good friend having a problem with me cuz I guess I rejected her. She has attacked my girlfriend at work and slanders me. Now she's back and they have her work w me. Knowing what's up
