A yr ago judge's motion to deny his request to decrease of support WITH Prejudice. At that time he wasn't making pmts.. His explanation was he was trying to grow his 4yr old business/ fulltime career change. We've been divorced for 13 yrs. Have x2 children 15 and 20 currently fulltime college student, which he doesn't contribute financially to education expenses either.
