Q: I am being sued regarding a previous car accident, what type of lawyer do I enlist?
A 18 wheeler jacked knife to avoid hitting me after I wrecked and ended up having a sill on the highway. Now the company is suing me for damages related to the jack knife plus the cleanup fees associated with the spill cleanup. What type of lawyer do I seek out to take on this lawsuit? I spoke with auto accidents lawyers and they tell me to contact civil ligation lawyers. I contacted a few civil ligation lawyers but then they refer me to auto accident lawyers. My clock is ticking on when I have to submit a response to the courts and I don't know where to start when finding an attorney.
A: Give it to your insurance company. They'll provide a defense on your behalf.

A:
Your insurance company will, but they may not have a good case anyway.
If you don't have insurance, then you would want to look for a litigation attorney who defends crashes. But if you had insurance on the minute of the crash, they cover you for any case brought.
