Harvard, MA asked in Landlord - Tenant for Massachusetts

Q: What legal rights do I have as a tenant at will in an illegal apartment, who was evicted without notice?

The home owners will not allow me to come to the home and pack my many belongings and move furniture out. One of them has already gone through my things and threw my suitcases and some trash bags of clothes outside into the shed without my permission.

I lived there for about 2 1/2 years until one day **** hit the fan and my boyfriend and I were asked to leave. We complied to let the situation cool down. While we were gone our 2 rooms were torn apart. He was allowed to return (its his parents house); however I am not allowed on the property. There is no court order of any kind stating I'm not to come on the property. Can I get an escort from the local police to go in and pack my things and properly move out?Are they liable for any missing items because they went through my things and moved some behind my back? What is the best course of action in this situation, I am at a loss. They will not communicate with me.My boyfriend is of no help as it has been weeks that ive asked him 2 help
