Q: I'm 18, and a 15 year old keeps coming at me that she wants to fight me. Can I get charged for that?

A: You always have the right of self defense - you just can't instigate it or once you have "defended" yourself - you can't keep up the fight. There is a line. You need to "make a record" and call a police officer and document what has happened. Document the day, time, and who you call at the police (or sheriff's) department until you can make a report. Also, you may want to consider getting a protective order from this juvenile. Protect yourself from future allegations and do the best you can to avoid a confrontation. The most reasonable person is usually always on the right side of the law.
