A: I know potty training is very difficult under the best of circumstances. Unfortunately, the father is responsible for the child when he visits. There isn't really a legal enforcement option unless your order has language specifically addressing this type of issue. Your best hope is to try to work with the father to convince him to help you. If he won't help, maybe he would agree to allow you to keep your son home until you complete the potty training. You could give him some make-up time after your son is finished training.
