Q: My child's father is on a mission to make sure I fail so that he can get personal satisfaction and custody of out child.
He already has a court case in place so he can get child support and custody of our daughter. He has no job and is in school to be a nurse because I became a nurse. This man has already called my job in hopes to get me fired and he just said again he will make sure he gets me fired. He also plans to sign a harassment charge on me for no reason after I gave him a ride to WaWa despite all he's doing to me. Luckily, I recorded him saying he'll put a harassment charge on me when I've done nothing. He's highly homophobic, so he is convince that I am a lesbian even though I still haven't been with a woman and wants to hate me for what I am not. He ripped up a photo of me and my best friend during that trip to WaWa and yelled "I'M your best friend!!" I don't know what to do. This man is so much of a sociopathic narcissistic with Charisma like not other that he will make a story sound so good that even I would believe him. Please help. I'm not sure of my next step. I have our child full time.
A: File Criminal complaints for harassment and terroristic threats. Retain an experienced matrimonial attorney. Good luck. Just do not sit back and let him victimize you.
