Q: Age 70 only income is SS (below poverty line) & receive medicaid. What addtl proof needed for fee waiver of I-90 renewal
I am applying for my green card renewal and don't have the financial means to pay the fee. SS pays for my income and I don't have to file income tax because my income is too low. I was denied the I-90 renewal because I didnt show proof of income. What should I do.
