Q: Medical malpractice for Nevada Can a retired doctor still get sued even though he moved out of state?

had doctor for many years as a primary, doctor never asked to have blood work done when he was a new patient or did a physical, doctor retired two years ago, was diagnosed with chronic kidney failure May of 2016, when doctor retired & moved out of state, he gave his medical chart/information to me so I can find a new doctor. New doctor did the procedures and that is when I found out that I was sick
