A: You are asking for legal advice. This is a board where we answer general legal questions. You need to contact an attorney who is certified as a specialist in workers' compensation law, whether my firm or another of the fine attorneys on this board. You are at a critical juncture of your case and you need actual legal advice, which is far beyond the scope of this message board.

A: I am sorry to hear that your Employer is not abiding by the restrictions placed upon you by your Treating physician.

Assuming that your Workers Compensation Claim has been accepted, your Employer should either be accommodating your restrictions or putting you back out on Workers Compensation.

It is my recommendation that you promptly contact an Attorney who is a Certified Specialist in Pennsylvania workers Compensation Law to discuss your rights and remedies. It may be necessary to file several Petitions with the Bureau of Workers Compensation in order to protect your rights.

Please note that the Initial Consultation will be free and most Attorneys will accept your case on a Contingent Fee Basis.
