Dallas, TX asked in Criminal Law and Probate for Texas

Q: Is it right for the probation officer is doing?

Hello My fiancée is currently on probation and has met his requirements, but when his sister went in the hospital for a surgery which she had to have someone with her 24 hours a day, he showed to the drug class and was informed to have his probation officer reenroll him but when he went to his probation officer his probation officer told him he never showed up to the class and said that he couldn't reenroll, he then signed for time at womac and his probation officer stopped drug testing him but recently restarted drug testing him. And every time he requests to meet with his judge to discuss reinstatement his probation refuses him.

A: This question does not belong in the "probate" category as "probate" refers to the handling of a deceased person's estate and is not the same as probation. Please re-ask under the appropriate category.
