Q: Mo died, will 2 of my aunts and a cousin lied, stole large cash amount, personal property, bank accounts & now billing me

My mother suddenly and mysteriously became ill and was hospitalized on the Dec 23rd 2016. And then past away from unknown causes on Jan 12 , 2017. 2 of my aunts who i thought were helping my brother and myself deal with everything that happend. We are just now finding out that our aunts and cousin lied to us and took all my mothers money(large amount of cash, bank accounts and personal property) from behind our backs. And lied to us about our mothers condition. Everything my 2 aunts and cousin did was against the law. Pretending to be my moms living trust. My 2 aunts and cousin stealing large amount of cash and personal property form my moms apartment the night sheI past away. And openly admitted to us that they did take it but they were keeping it along with the bank accounts because my mom was there sister and an aunt to my cousin. So they deserved it. I told them what they did was just wrong. They told me good luck on finding a lawyer with no money! Help please!

A: There's fraud, conversion, many things. If records show this, make copies and give to police. Talk to an elderlaw attorney to get an overview of what options are.
