Q: how can I take my ex to court since he doesn't want to pay c.s, he works but gets paid cash
I filled for c.s years ago but all I get from them is letters asking me if I know anything about my ex because the C.S agency cant get ahold of him.
A: You may need to file a request for order with the court. However, you may have to find out if you can depending on the role of the department of child support services. It is very difficult to collect child support from a parent who works for cash under the table. That's probably the difficulty the department is facing if they're helping you collect. Do you want to take him to court for child custody or child support. More facts are required to provide a thorough analysis.
