Q: Hi I was wondering how hard or possiable it is to get charges dropped or dismissed in Bakersfield ?

Where I am victim and the charges are against my husband , who has not been arrested on the charges yet? What could I do

A: If this is a domestic violence case (e.g., you called police on your husband after getting into some kind of dispute with him and police arrested him) that you now regret being involved in and want it to go away, be aware that the prosecution hears this same story on the vast majority of domestic violence cases.
