Q: Can I ask for my daughter back ato a status hearing?
The judge granted cps temperal custody. I just received a letter staying the cps investigation is over and it is Undetermined if there is any neglect or abuse happening in the home. I have a statu's hearing next week.can I ask for my daughter to be returned home
