Can my husband file the sentenced 1 yr review past the year of sentencing, in Oklahoma County?
My husband was sentenced on Feb 3, '17 to 18 yrs x'3 with concurrent. Also, with a 1 yr review and to do drug classes within the yr. He has not been able to get into those classes yet and they are 6 months long. He is willing to do them but would like to complete them before going back in front of Judge Truong. Please help.
A: It can be filed up to 60 months after sentencing. This is per an update in the law as of November 1, 2016.
