Q: The work related incident happen on the 26 March 17 on I went to the emergency room traumatic lumbar strain/

Sprain on 27 march went to my employer told him what happen few days later he ask me to sign refusal of additional medical treatment i didn't sign and pick the paper up and walk out the office he called me threatening me he would get me lock up and I was in deep trouble went to the police ask them would I get lock up they said no made a copy and took the original back to him when I was talking to a staff member police came in the office told me I had to leave is this legal what he did.
