Q: If child custody is not arranged in court do i have to have permission to move out of state.
My husband is already charged for one domestic battery charge and is being tried in court for a second charge on a different date. I have an op that allows him visitation every Other weekend. If I had the op dropped would that drop court ordered visitation?
A: Yes, it would dismiss the visitation. But until u were gone from this state with your child for at least 6 mos, he could file a petition asking u to bring her back here.
