Q: Hi my husband and I getting a divorce or separation.and he's still waiting on GC..how will affect his status on this?

Thank you for all the responds..Right now he got a Working visa.

I petition him to become a GC holder.but it's been along time like 3yrs now he still didn't get his GC.. Our marriage is getting messy so I was just wondering about all that .thank you

A: A divorce or separation before he receives a green card approval will in effect cancel his green card application.

A: Conditional or 10 year card? This matters.

To determine whether he qualifies to proceed on his own he will need to consult with an experienced immigration attorney.
