Q: about my car being stolen and what options i have. im at a loss and i get no help from the police.
i came to riverside to visit and being the nice guy i was parting all night and driving wasnt the answer. i had picked up this stranger thinking that he was going to be ok. everything seemed ok until i was to drunk to drive so i had him drive so i wouldnt get into a accident or kill someone. once i gave him the keys he started to become violent assaulting me and taking my car. he made me sign a piece of paper saying that i aloud him to drive me car and then to sign it. if i didnt do what he told me i knew it would be bad. numerous people told me recently how dangerous of a person he really is. i feared for my life and felt i had no other option. so because i supposedly let him drive my car there is nothing the police department can do, so they said. im wondering if there is something i can do because im stuck homeless and pennieless
