Q: can I get guardianship of my 15 year old sons pregnant girlfriend which is also 15 while my son still lives with me

She's was living with a foster mom till she became pregnant then she send her to my house for 5 months which I took care of her then the other day they removed her from my house because the foster mom told DCF she couldn't do it no more She has no one so I'm willing to take guardianship of her I know there's a chance I can't cuz of my son living with me bt she's been through a lot all her life and she deserves a stable home
