Q: I have my girls for visitations this and have been told they have had their lights shut off can I file for temp custody
they live in Va and I'm in Illinois.. I pay him cs every month, he does not spend the money on them cause girls state they always say he has no money , they have had their lights turned off twice... what can I do they are do back to their dad aug 15, I have had them since june 13th and not once has their dad asked to talk to them, my wife had them call him on fathers day and that was last time
