Chicago, IL asked in Child Support for Illinois

Q: What happens when you got a notarized letter saying she will not take you to court for child support in the future?

She wants me to sign my cars to her and she saying that she will not take me to court for child support in the future when the babies born, and I was wondering if I get her to sign a notarized letter saying she will not take me to court for child support will it work in court if she tries it anyways, or will the judge not care about the letter?
