My income alone is not enough to provide supporting documents. I am confused between Form i-864 and i-864A

A: The Petitioner in the case (the person who filed the Form I-130 initially on behalf of the beneficiary) is the one who completes Form I-864, whether or not his or her income is sufficient. If you are the petitioner, then you will complete the I-864, and your husband would be the "household member" who completes Form I-864A to add his income for consideration. If you need assistance, consider scheduling a consultation with a competent immigration attorney.
