Q: Paying maintence, ex had a child with another man can my maintence be adjusted?
Paying her $2000 a month, she's gone on vacations with him but I'm not sure if he lives there. We are still married & she had a baby by him. Can I have my maintence modify or ended?
A: No, not unless she is living with him such that he is covering expenses of regular monthly bills.
