A: You asked an excellent question. The value of a case will depend on a number of factors including the extent of medical treatment, diagnostic testing, length of treatment, types of medical providers, insurance coverage, and other factors. Seeing that you have been treating for 2 months, it is still a bit early to know the full extent of the injuries, treatment, and value. Certainly, you would contact a personal injury attorney to discuss your respective rights and recommended courses of action. Good luck.

A: I agree with Attorney Wolf's response. I suggest that you need to hire a personal injury attorney from your area to walk you through the process to the end. The factors outlined by attorney Wolf develope over months and sometimes years. I suggest that an experienced personal injury lawyer is going to be your best approach versus trying to represent yourself against an insurance company.

A: Contact a member of the Fla Justice Assn--they give free consults. Basically, value will depend on type of treament--g.p. vs. orthopod ; length of time; is there anything that shows up on an x ray or mri (unlikely at this time--even if you had disc issues it would take a while).

Money areas are the shoulder, back and neck in that order. Migraines can come from many things so that may be foremost in your mind (litteraly) but not in the hearts of adjusters (if yours has one).

Other factors are severity of crash, was other person drinking etc.
