Newark, NJ asked in Contracts and Small Claims for New Jersey

Q: Hello my name is Alero. I recently graduated high school and I went to prom. The day before prom my original dress maker

Told me that he had nothing for me to wear on my prom day. I went home sad but my hair dresser told me she knew someone to make something for me. The lady came and got my measurements and I told her I only had 200 dollars and she said okay. Two days later she texts me and says I owe her 150 more for her services that she never informed me about the entire time I was at her home while she made the dress. Initially I agreed to pay the 150 till I saw I'd be paying for school myself that was wrong on my part but I informed her I didn't think I'd need to pay the 150 since she never told me of the cost at her home. I talked it out with my parents and they said they'd help but paying but it must be wired so there's proof of the payment. She insists that we come meet up with her and pay her in cash and if she doesn't she'll be suing me again! Can she do this please help
