A: First of all, what county do you live in. Each county has a probate court. A Divorce Complaint should be filed and served and Temporary orders concerning preservation of the marital estate and custody and support should all be filed and scheduled, but before this you should contact divorce counsel to discuss your case particulars particularly whether you and/or the children are safe.
