Q: Can I sue mirena for incomplete abortion?

For two weeks I had heaving bleeding and blood clots bigger than my hand coming out of me while I had the mirena in me. I went to the obgyn and they told me I was pregnant. Prior 3 weeks before that I keep urine on myself and I took a at home test which said I had a uti . I went to that same clinic which ask me to use it in a cup and they told me I had a uti , not never did they say I was pregnant when testing my urine. On this Friday I went to the obgyn and complain about the blood clots and heavy bleeding. The obgyn stated that she could not find the iud in my uterus. Another nurse had me to do an ultrasound and she could not find it . After I ask her for some water and she sat me on the toliet she told me she will be right back. While waiting, I pass out and ended up on the floor my blood pressure drop to 50 . They called an ambulance where they told me I was having an incomplete abortion and that during surgery they was going to remove the iud. Also stop the blood and clots.
