Q: Ok I several questions pertaining to a divorce that will be uncontested as both parties are in agreement with all issues
Both parties have been living apart for several years over 6 or 7 years. There is already a child support order in effect in the state of Arkansas when the mother lives there is no propert or bank accounts that are jointly owned and all personal property had been given to both parties there never was an official legal separation agreement since neither party has ever had a dispute over visitation support or custody but as of January 2017 the oldest child of the two minor children has been living with his father in Oklahoma due to some trouble he got into in Arkansas and the court decided that once he completed his mandatory program in a facility in Arkansas that it would be in his best interest to live with his father. My question here would be how would one go about filling out uncontested divorce papers with the mother having custody of the minor daughter which has been the case since the couple began living separate and the father having custody of the son?
A: Sorry I didn't see your question earlier. Probably the fastest way for a divorce would be to file in the Arkansas case, and ask for a divorce there. Or in the alternative, see a lawyer in your county in Oklahoma about filing here.
