A: If you do not have a civil attorney, to help your family recover damages, then you need to retain one.

State Farm is notorious for saying NO, among personal injury attorneys that represent the parties who are not at fault. If a doctor said these tests were medically necessary, then why does a person with no medical training get to overrule that decision?

You gave no city location, so go here, find an attorney, and call the law firm.
