You can PROBABLY close the financial accounts and open new ones. There MAY well be tax consequences to that however. A BETTER solution would have been to list them as payable on death beneficiaries. Talk to a local estate planning attorney before you do ANYTHING else or you may be making things worse!
As for the property, if they are WITH RIGHTS OF SURVIVORSHIP most states don't allow transfer without their consent. Again, consult with a local real estate lawyer to insure your state follows the 'majority rule' and what if anything you can do, Again, a Ladybird deed would have avoided this mess in the first place, as would a trust or a will. PLEASE seek local legal guidance to insure what you do won't create more or worse problems!
