Q: Yes I am a father trying to get custody of my daughter and I need the forms where do I get them?
I have had her since June and I am married with four other children my daughter say she don't want to stay with her mom and I was trying to see how do I go about getting custody I took a home DNA test and she is mine I filed for child support but haven't heard nothing yet.. So what do I need to do what are the forms to file in court I'm in Stephens county Duncan Oklahoma?
