Q: I am wanting to get married but, had at one time was taken to court to pay support for my son who i temporarily signed
Over to il dcfs who needed more help and treatment then what i could do. So i had no income now i am still a stay at home mom but my fiance does have income will the state of Illinois go after his income even tho the child is not his if we are to get married ?

His income should have nothing to do with it.
Sometimes it comes up because the household expenses include his expenses.
