Q: My friend wont give the stuff i ordered from amazon to her apt.

So I order some stuff from amazon, (i dont libe in the US) my friend tolf me i could order it to her apt, so i did. She moved to another state and the company moved the things to the other state... so she came to mt country w/o the stuff and said she would send it. Now she wants me to pay the cost, because she wasnt organized enough to keep my stuff, if i dont pay she wont give it to me... she was supposed to give it to me when she come visit me... which was in her luggage and wasnt aupposed to pay. She wont give me the 130$ worth of studf unless I pay. Can i sue her?

A: Honestly no. Why is it your friends problem to pay to ship you your stuff.

Most attorneys cost over $200.00 per hour so your best bet is to pay to have your stuff sent to you.
