Q: How can we file from Arizona to California in Probate matter

We are going through a probate and it is near the end my sister and I are not happy with our lawyers so we're going to file a substitute of attorney with them I need to know how I can get my sisters substitute of attorney filed in California because she lives in Arizona

A: Have your sister sign a California form entitled Substitution of Attorney where applicable, you sign the same form and your present attorney signs where applicable. When completed, send it to the court clerk where the Probate action is pending with a copy and a self addressed envelope back to you.
