Q: Hello my mom and I share a house. Her name is on the mortgage however I have made all the payments. My name is on title.
Will I be entitled to any money after we pay the mortgage off.

A: I suggest that you sit down with an attorney to have the attorney review your deed. You say your mom is in then mortgage and you say you are on the title. If deed is in both of your names then you are likely a 50% owners. All depends upon he way title is held.
